Membuat Windows XP Makin Kenceng

Ingin membuat Windows XP kamu jadi makin kenceng tanpa software apapun, ini caranya:

1. Jalankan command run : msconfig

Di bagian Start Up uncheck hal  yg tidak perlu (program yang dijalankan kalau pas dibutuhkan saja), biar pas startup tidak berat.

run : system.ini

Masukkan line baru

“IRQ14=4096?

gunanya untuk melebarkan jalur data dari HDD biar aksesnya cepet.

2. Cukup bersihkan prefetch

Di C:/windows/prefetch

Lumayan start up jadi lumayan cepet

3. Lakukan setelah instal OS adalah:

Mematikan Service:

  1. Start-Run- ketik services.msc /s

  2. Matikan services dengan cara klik kanan pada masing2 service,

klik kanan tiap service, klik properties (atau double klik service tersebut).

- Pada startup type : pilih "disable"

- Service status: kalau dalam kondisi started, klik tombol stop

3. Service2 yang perlu distop dan disable adalah:

- alerter

- automatic update

- error reporting services

- event log

- help and support

- imapi CD burning COM services

- messenger

- performance logs and allert

- remote registry

- system restore service

- task scheduler

- themes

- uninteruptable power supply

- web client

- windows time

*Kalau komputer stand alone (tidak ada LAN/internet), matikan juga service2:

- Application Layer Gateway Service

- Computer Browser

- DHCP client

- Distributed Link Tracking Client

- Distributed Transaction Coordinator

- DNS Client

- Internet Connection Firewall (ICF) / Internet Connection Sharing (ICS)

- Net Logon

- NetMeeting Remote Desktop Sharing

- Network Connections

- Network DDE

- Network DDE DSDM

- NEtwork Location arareness (nla)

- remote acces auto connection manager

- remote access connection manager

- remote procedure call (rpc)

- remote procedure call (rpc) locator

*Bisa juga menggunakkan cara seperti ini install windows baru :

disable unwanted service [seperti di atas]

desktop clasic type

no visual style

no antivirus

Kalau menggunakkan software "DeepFreze" C:\ nya saja yang di centang.
